The reason for the development was to allow the effectiveness of the Well Operations CRM training and coaching intervention (Oct 2014 - Jun 2015) to be assessed following the initial sessions and subsequent continuation training programmes.  Despite the client being very keen to undertake a Phase 2, due to the oil crisis the WOCRM Phase 2 programme planned for Jul 15 to Jul 16 has been delayed.
