Managing Director Phil Smith
Founded on Military & Aviation Human Factors Experience
In founding CTP in 2007, Managing Director Phil Smith draws on his own exceptional training and career experience initially as a Royal Air Force Officer, with a history of operational flying in world conflict zones and with strategic, pivotal roles at headquarters. The company’s credentials are equally enriched by Phil’s post-RAF commercial experience, working with high performing, critical teams in oil & gas, aviation, defence, healthcare, international banking and telecommunications.
Delivery of CTP’s unique and bespoke training programmes is via a world class team of inspirational facilitators, who are highly experienced in leading teams in critical environments internationally, and passionate about the CTP programmes.
