The CTP programme is aimed at supervisors within Sohar Aluminium with a view to developing more robust leadership, decision-making and communications skills. The programme adheres to the UK Institute of Leadership Management (ILM) standards, as CTP’s training personnel in
The pilot programme initially consisted of a three module introduction for supervisors, with a further three modules being requested. For six months from October 2014 onwards, two programmes will run concurrently consisting of two days per week of classroom time, with a further eight days of action coaching in the workplace. In total seven CTP staff will be involved in the delivery of the programme.
