Having been commissioned by MOQ Director of Drilling, Hans Flikkema to run a World first Well Operations Crew Resource Management intervention, in line with IOGP Report 502 recommendations, over an 8 month period on 4 Drilling Rigs it was fantastic to receive this testimonial in recognition of the work the Critical Team Performance coaches did:
