Improved safety and reduced incidents as P&O Maritime Crews and Staff programme enters 3rd year...

CTP continues its excellent relationship with P&O Maritime with more Crew Resource Management training at Jabil Ali Port in Dubai and also with P&OM crews at ports in Lowestoft and Galway.  Safety awareness has increased significantly, conversley the number of incidents have significantly decreased for trained crews.  Trained Trainers have been trained up to keep the messages / Human Factors language alive and the feedback has been typically outstanding.  Please see the attached Testimonial for Capt Paul Kersey as an example.  We are thoroughly enjoying this ongoing relationship and look forward to hearing many more success stories....
