CTP MD Phil Smith delivered a 4hr keynote seminar on Human Factors Awareness within the Well Engineering specialty at BG Groups World Well Engineering Conference held in Tunisia.
The eyes of the World have been on the petro-chemical industry in general to see what would change in the aftermath of the Deep Water Horizon Blow Out in the Gulf of Mexico.
BG Group has taken the initiative and taken very positive steps towards helping to ensure the chances of a similar incident occuring during any of their current operations continue to be minimal.
Phil's talk was extremely well recieved by a hugely experienced audience of Well Managers from across the Globe.
